Senior Program Manager, Global Learning and Development

A rapid growing MNC in Batu Kawan is looking for Senior Program Manager, Global Learning and Development to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to serve as the Learning Partner and Consultant to Site Leaders

Main responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager, Global Learning and Development role  

 

  • Work closely with the GLAD Senior Manager, site leaders, and business partners to identify site challenges and needs. Propose comprehensive and effective development solutions that leverage global resources to meet business objectives.
  • Guide site leaders in aligning global and site-specific development strategies, ensuring smooth execution while considering site priorities and needs. Secure buy-in from leaders at various levels for the agreed-upon development approach.
  • Act as an internal facilitator for leadership and site development needs. Facilitate leadership development programs for all leadership levels, ensuring the application of learning through learning labs and level 3 evaluations.
  • Manage the logistical aspects of solution delivery, including class scheduling, monitoring request/enrollment levels, and ensuring participant completion of core trainings.
  • Regularly meet with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
  • Engage in a Learning and Development facilitation community of practice to share insights and best practices.
  • Establish and refine processes and standards for effective facilitation and instructional design.
  • Participate in content and quality assurance reviews for training interventions to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

     

Key requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working with senior leadership teams in multinational environments.
  • Proven facilitation skills, particularly in leadership program facilitation, are essential.
  • Experience in Organization Development/Effectiveness is advantageous.
  • A team player with a growth mindset, possessing strong communication, interpersonal partnering, and consulting abilities.
  • Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and developing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and experiential learning enablement.
  • Genuine passion for culture and talent development.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and delivering results through global programs.
