Senior Software Control Engineer
Rapidly grown semiconductor company in advanced packaging seeking talents for their engineering team due to business expansion.
Job Descriptions:
- Design and develop machine software & sequence for high-speed automated machines.
- Develop machine motion profile and control for high speed movement modules.
- Provide application integration test and documentation
- Provide assistances, modification and machine software & hardware support to customers.
- To analyze and implement customer requirements
- Responsible for software development process definition and hardware qualification
- Plan and manage technical projects or tasks to meet expectations on quality and timeliness
- Work as a team to evaluate interface between hardware and software as well as the operational and performance requirements of the overall system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer
- Strong in software programming and electronics/electrical design
- Well versed in Visual C++, Visual C# programming language
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is an added advantage
- Good semiconductor process knowledge is an added advantage
- Good working relationship and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work
independently and in team environment - Good project management skills
- At least 5 years working experience in related field
- Flexibility for overseas placement / relocation
