Senior Sales Engineer - Circuit Breaker
A global European market leader in power distribution protection, monitoring, control, and systems is looking for a Senior/Sales Engineer for the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Engineer - Circuit Breaker:
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while focusing on developing new customers in the Malaysian market.
- Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted markets to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Conduct market research, forecast, and provide feedback to the Sales Director.
- Confidently drive product presentations and market penetration.
- Maintain a sales-driven mindset focused on achieving revenue targets.
- Exhibit a "hunter" mentality to seek new customers.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Possess strong technical acumen and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director.
- Organize training for vendors, distributors, and customers.
- Confidently conduct presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
- Stay informed about new product launches and acquire the necessary technical knowledge.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant sales experience in a related segment/industry.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who excels at acquiring new clients.
- Knowledge in handling low-voltage electrical products.
