JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Analyzing data to determine potential demand for new products or improvements to existing products.
- Developing strategies for new product launches or enhancements based on market research and business objectives.
- Creating business cases, including financial projections, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop new banking products.
- Ensuring all new products comply with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
- Working closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges and obtain necessary approvals.
- Working closely with various internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., vendors, regulatory bodies) to achieve product development goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Business Studies.
- 5 – 7 years in relevant field.
- Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, creativity, and strong project management skills.
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur center.
