Our client is a logistic service provider, currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager with a focus on third-party logistics (3PL). The role involves spearheading sales strategies, build client relationship and leveraging industry expertise to enhance their market position in the dynamic 3PL sector. 

Job Description: 
  • Serve customers by selling services and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtain requirements, and new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
  • Submit price or rate by referring to price lists and product cost.
  • Keeps Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort and company by accomplishing related results as needed.
 
Job Requirements: -
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (Minimum 5 years) 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with WMS & CRM.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills
