Job Requirements:
- Be an individual contributor responsible for new business revenue generation.
- Generate new business revenue growth through identifying, prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities.
- Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels (Sales visits, emails, telephone calls, etc)
- Deliver high caliber presentations incorporating value-based strategies and fiscal impacts.
- Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Organize customer visit and negotiate contracts and packages.
- Develop quotation and proposal to customers on a timely manner.
- Compile feedback from existing and prospect customers and share with the Management.
- Update/record all business development/sales activities on a timely manner.
- Develop and optimize a sales pipeline and manage pursuit to deliver new client wins.
- Contribute “beyond revenue” as an active team member sharing your talents and subject matter expertise to help strengthen team competencies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years executive level sales experience in logistics industry
- Knowledge base of international shipping and corporate contacts would be an added advantage.
- Strong industry knowledge, market trend and logistics requirements
- Must have exceptional customer service skill.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures.
- Friendly and mature disposition
- Good written and verbal communication in English (as well as Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive, strong work ethic, and ability to travel as necessary.
