A MNC specialty chemicals company is looking for Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing distributors and servicing customers to maintain existing business and identify new developments in paint & coating industries in Malaysia.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Dealing with distributors and customers, maintain existing business and identify new developments
Receive orders, transfer all details in written to SCM team, coordinate and administer customer service programs, handle customer complaints and provide respective information to Regulatory-Management, QC-Management, BU business support and BU manager
Provide sales plan and sales projects to BU management
Marketing Mapping - local marketing and pricing strategies; business potential, competition's product/position
Assist in advertising strategies; prepare the sales promotion activities and advertising plan
Maintain and develop business with GKA and Regional Key account regularly
Support technical team to provide technical service to customer
Support BU manager to develop and manage distributor network, growth objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
At least 5 years of sales experience in Paints & Coatings
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
