A multinational company renowned for developing and managing modern healthcare and senior living facilities is seeking dedicated sales personnel to join their dynamic team. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets and actively participate in sales strategies and marketing activities.
Main Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive role:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking events, and social media.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the community, its benefits, and the services offered to attract new residents.
Engage in marketing events such as exhibitions and roadshows to enhance brand awareness.
Ensure all customer and prospect information is thoroughly maintained in the appropriate lead management system.
Capable of conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Key Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Degree is required.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
