Leading integrated telecommunications provider in Malaysia looking for Solution Architect to be focused on private cloud solution sales and technical support for key projects in the Asia Pacific region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Take charge of cloud solution sales and technical support for key projects in the Asia Pacific region, including customer survey, requirement analysis, solution planning and design, customer communication and demonstration, POC test and continuous operation.
Based on the requirements of key industries, to build a series of scenario-based solutions such as Media network, Live streaming, VOD, CDN, AIGC, Cloud workspace, Cloud meeting etc.
Based on customer requirements and industry development trends, drive key products and features to be incorporated into R&D roadmaps, work with partners to provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have IT knowledge and experience in Network acceleration, Server, Storage, and Cloud.
Familiarity with one or more technical fields in the Media network, Live streaming, encoding & Transcoding, VDI and AIGC field is preferred.
Experience in consulting, design, or delivery of Media and Entertainment industry projects is preferred.
