Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the full range of company products, including network technical solutions and proposal highlights.
- Design product solutions and ensure they are competitive.
- Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and address technical issues.
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with clients.
- Analyze, follow up, and resolve support inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team and others to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer science qualification
- Experience in business network and networking related product like wireless access point, router, CCTV, switch
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, Mandarin
