Key Responsibilities for Supervisor Technical Support (Permanent Night Shift)
- Supervises daily activities of technical support specialists involved in engineering tasks such as design, testing, modification, and assembly of prototype products.
- Guides technicians in applying processes, procedures, and troubleshooting methods for complex instruments or testing equipment.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Maintains communication channels with engineering and software development teams regarding design, reliability, and maintenance issues.
- Leads training initiatives to enhance technical proficiency of the support team.
- Analyzes test data to resolve intricate design-related issues.
- Manages project timelines and ensures completion within specified parameters.
- Identifies and implements process improvements and quality enhancement techniques.
Key Requirements:
- Obtain bachelor's degree in computer science
- At least 5 years' experience in Call Centre, Technical support experience desirable
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
