Position:
Accounting Consultant
Job purpose:
To facilitate communication and coordination between Japanese clients and internal teams across all company services. This role ensures seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and timely completion of projects by bridging language barriers and monitoring the progress of each service against its due date.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and local Malaysian staffs to ensure clear communication.
Monitor assigned clients’ working in progress projects of all departments (mainly company secretarial, payroll, visa & licensing, bookkeeping, and tax) in the company.
To maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer loyalty through meetings, emails and phone calls.
Advising local Malaysia business procedures to Japanese clients by cooperating with local Malaysian staffs in the company.
Update and report clients’ matters to Japan Headquarter into the assigned system.
To communicate about service agreements, negotiate service fees and oversee service agreements for designated Japanese clients.
To review the monthly billing fees for assigned Japanese clients and coordinate with the internal finance team on these matters.
Translate documents, emails, presentations, and other materials from Japanese to English and vice versa as needed.
Other ad-hoc assignments that arrange by Senior Manager and Manager from time to time.
Working hour:
Monday ~ Friday, 8:30 - 17:30

Requirements:
Business English & Japanese communication skills in writing and speaking.
At least bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least with working experience in accounting field.
Work independently and possess leadership skills to lead and work in a team.
Quick learner with excellent problem-solving abilities.
