JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with internal teams in marketing, legal & compliance, risk, and operations to pinpoint key challenges and opportunities in product development, and coordinate the planning and launch of products and campaigns.
- Oversee the entire process from ideation to completion, including assessment and viability, system requirements, UAT testing, supporting distribution channels, and post-launch monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze and utilize data from various sources to drive operational excellence and mitigate risks.
- Maintain product terms and conditions, documentation, processes, and operations to ensure compliance with all policies and BNM requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues based on their severity, impact on users, and potential business impact to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying, escalating, and debating issues, including expediting the handling of escalations related to fraud, scam prevention, and client dissatisfaction.
- Drive process improvement as part of re-engineering efforts across retail products, defining the current state, identifying gaps/opportunities, and mapping solutions.
- Implement process efficiency and well-managed improvements through collaboration with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Define, establish, and manage process controls in partnership with Risk.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Exceptional project management skills with the capability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
