JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Commercial Excellence

  • Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial processes, sharing knowledge with colleagues.

  • Utilize competitive market information to recommend enhancements that boost value and commercial performance.

  • Document business requirements, process flows, and perform gap analyses based on business needs.

  • Map out business processes to determine how they can be supported by tools.

  • - Lead design, review, and testing sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee CRM administration tasks, including workflow management and data integrity maintenance.

  • Convert best practices into detailed process and tool requirements for ongoing improvement across departments.

  • Develop communication and change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

Sales Support

  • Accurately process customer purchase orders and contracts.

  • Maintain customer master data within the system.

  • Generate agreements and create necessary assets according to customer needs.

  • Review and update sales requests to ensure timely delivery.

  • Prepare and submit invoices for completed jobs.

Service Coordination

  • Process service-related customer orders and contracts.

  • Coordinate service activities such as maintenance, repairs, parts management, and technician scheduling.

  • Update records in the SAP system for accurate service documentation.

  • Manage inventory levels to meet service demands.

  • Prepare reports and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

  • Provide general administrative support to the service team to help achieve profitability and high customer satisfaction while ensuring safety compliance.

Project Administration

  • Handle documentation tasks such as generating reports and preparing necessary forms.

  • Submit drawings and documents for regulatory approval through the MYKKP system and track submission status.

  • Gather support documents from customers for load test submissions and coordinate related activities.

  • Follow up with regulatory officers to arrange test dates and coordinate with engineers and technicians as needed.

  • Assist with other project-related tasks to ensure successful execution.

Leadership and Development

  • Assess internal administrative resources and build a strong team focused on admin and commercial excellence to support business growth.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance the team's competencies.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various departments to strengthen resources and improve overall business operations.

  • Collaborate with service operations, sales, supply chain, and project teams to ensure effective delivery of services and equipment.

Others

  • Any other tasks as assigned by General Manager

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience (BTB).

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial excellence, sales support, service coordination, and project administration.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and SAP.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Proven experience in leading admin/commercial excellence teams.
