Company and Job Overview: 
A leading company in the advanced manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their new start-up division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating, implementing, and optimizing CNC programs to produce high-precision parts and components.

 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write CNC programs for a variety of machining operations, including milling, turning, and drilling.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining processes and tooling requirements.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy of programs.
  • Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain and update CNC programming documentation and records.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in CNC technology and programming techniques.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a solid understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming software, including Mastercam, G-code, CAD/CAM, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
