Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing operations to achieve cost efficiency, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Coordinate with the planning and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow and inventory management
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and lead initiatives to reduce waste/cost, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Responsible to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Driving staff training & development program
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the equipment fabrication or surface treatment industry (where applicable). 
  • Strategic thinker with a strong background in equipment fabrication or surface treatment (where applicable), production management, and process improvement. 
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies. 
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
