A distribution company based in Cheras is currently looking for a Finance Manager role. This role will be reporting to the General Manager based in Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Handling full set of accounts including preparation and filling of all taxes.
- Generate statements of accounts and aging reports
- Ensure accurate and prompt system entries
- Executive day to day financial transactions
- Prepare monthly reconciliation
- Direct collection activities and credit term evaluation
- Maintain the cashbook to ensure funds are accurately recorded.
- Handle all taxations issues.
- Submit report to HQ.
- Liaise with bankers on banking related issues.
- Prepare management report and liquidity forecasts.
Key Requirements:
- Min 5 - 8 years of experience in finance and accounting experience.
- Min education background of diploma in accounting of LCCI certification.
- Strong knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft application.
- Able to converse well in English.
- Experience in working with MNC company would be added advantage.
