THE COMPANY
Our clients are Australian originated leading innovators in the development and manufacturing of sustainable resins currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to be based in Klang. This role involves assisting in various HR activities, including managing HR issues, supporting payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in managing HR-related matters and employee queries.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other related paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll, including collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and ensuring timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll-related roles.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and payroll practices is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
