JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To grow existing and new Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business and function as Main contact window for project transfers.
- To coordinate actively with the overseas project manager with regards to the business allocation, pricing, delivery issues and project status.
- To manage the sales process from new initial contact through sales closure, include negotiating on price, terms, delivery, specifications, quotations and generating invoices etc.
- Involved with market trends analysis and BOM review to secure business allocation with competitive pricing.
- To work closely with internal technical team to resolve issues occurring at customer production sites.
- To liaise with Purchasing and Supply Chain team on optimal buffer stocks programs for key customer or strategic key projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years Sales / Key Account Management experience in handling EMS / Contract Manufacturer Customers.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Result-oriented and motivated to achieve KPI goals.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and presentations.
- To be based in Melaka / Southern Malaysia.
