Job Description:
- Managing technical queries, ensuring standards, generating Control Plans, conducting FMEA, preparing FAIR for customer approval, implementing engineering changes, and more.
- Technical Queries: Handle all technical queries related to sample builds.
- Standards Readiness: Ensure readiness of OI, CP, FMEA, and general standards in the Agile system.
- Control Plans & FMEA: Generate Control Plans and conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
- First Article Inspection Reports: Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports for customer approval.
- Engineering Changes: Implement engineering changes after sample preparation.
- Regular Reports: Provide regular reports on engineering-related KPIs and other KPIs to both the departmental HOD and the corporate office.
- Additional Responsibilities: Fulfill any additional responsibilities as directed by the HOD or direct superior.
- Initiative Projects: Take the initiative to launch improvement projects or activities to expedite engineering tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must possess at least a degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical field of qualification.
- Relevant working experience in the Manufacturing Industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Google, MS Office, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Applicants with programming skills, particularly in JavaScript, HTML, and Python, are highly encouraged to apply.
