Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process problem and provide quick fix/long term solution.
- Root cause finding, corrective preventive action for non confirming materials highlighted by Production.
- Provide technical support related to operation issue.
- Participate in continuous improvement process.
- Develop and document SOP, process flow chart, control plan, and PFMEA to maintain highest process and product quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to clarify inquiry requirements and discuss design specifications.
Job Requirements
- Degree in related Engineering course.
- Min 2 years experience in SMT assembly process.
- Familiar with IPC standards.
- Experience in AOI operations / line support activities (good to have).
