Job Descriptions
- Managing Precision Machining & PCBA Tooling divisions in Ascentec Engineering Malaysia
- Efficiently train & manage technicians/machinist’s performance and all maintenance related functions including problem’s shooting
- Oversee machine technologies & manufacturing processes and become the subject matter expert and ensure company’s equipment meets government’s regulatory requirement
- Develop and implement key strategies and action plan to build a health (culture and practice) and wealthy (growth) for the company engineering enhancement
- Works closely with US and India counterparts to bridge technical gaps
- Identify and implement process improvement and corrective actions
- Project Management and oversees project logistics and resource allocation
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of CNC machine tools is preferred by not required; CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills, 5-Axis, Lathes, and EDM.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
