JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, execute, and maintain important infrastructure such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, utility services, electrical power systems, and other essential components of key cleanroom projects.
- Lead the technical and project teams after a contract has been awarded to guarantee proper project execution.
- Manages EPC, design, construction management, and design-build projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government laws, regulations, and company ethical standards.
- Plan and develop project timeline to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee contract execution.
- Manage project profit and loss through excellent cost control and schedule management.
- Attend meetings (commercial meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting and site meeting etc.
- Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to clean room protocol.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience managing M&E industrial projects especially cleanroom projects
Ability to be proficient in Mandarin will be advantageous
