Job Descriptions
- Develop, implement, and manage QA processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Lead and manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians.
- Investigate product quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and defects & waste reduction.
- Ensure products are delivered within quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Properly maintain documentation and records for quality processes and ensure traceability.
Job Requirements
- Required Bachelor, Diploma , SPM, Certificate or vocational or equivalent experiences and trainings
- More than 2 – 5 years, preferably in QA/QC in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
