JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preserve and enhance the QMS and associated records.
Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications and recommendations for QMS.
Oversee audit frameworks and certification strategies.
Manage certification audits and carry out internal audits.
Create and maintain a database for audit results and remedial measures.
Consolidate different management systems under IMS to increase compliance and efficiency.
Preserve and enhance document management and instructional documentation systems.
Oversee reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality management.
Provide management reviews and reporting assistance to the Senior Director of Quality & Accreditation.
Support departments in upholding accurate documentation and high standards.
Raise awareness of QMS and certifications across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
A solid grasp of certifications and management systems.
Many years of quality management experience.
It is advantageous to have relevant training or credentials.
Fluent in English; being multilingual is advantageous.
