JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all M&E QS activities of assigned projects such as tender, procurement, variation order.
- Understands and proficient in preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), which involves detailed quantity take-offs for MEP
- Support tender team with quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract and drawing review, and tender cost proposals.
- Review tender documents and addressed missing details.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist with cost estimation, value engineering, and tender submissions.
- Supported Site QS with Variation Orders
- Proposed possible direct purchase material and Value Engineering possibility to help saving cost win project tenders and also bring down cost to achieve potential profit to company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil or Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant QS experience working with subcontractors or main contractor
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous
