Our client is an established FMCG (Beverages) company, with their own in-house R&D team. As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced R&D/Procurement/Purchasing candidate who is familiar with liaising and managing OEM manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and liaise with our manufacturing partners.
- Able to create, and enforce binding agreements with our partners/factories.
- Able to find and partner with quality OEM manufacturers worldwide.
- Continuously work to enhance our OEM manufacturing processes based on our business goals and expansions.
- Support and help lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Productions.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in liaising with or managing OEM manufacturers/factories in F&B production
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a R&D staff member
