A Muslimah Fashion Retail company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Manager to expand their market reach and manage B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and individual customers.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations and solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our market reach.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows and events to promote our brand and products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective event promotion and branding.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry, preferably Muslimah fashion.
Comfortable wearing tudung and representing the brand.
Fluent in Malay and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
