Senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager

A global Design & Build Engineering firm that specializes in providing Building Services for various construction and infrastructure projects mainly Advanced Technology Facilities / Data Centers / Semiconductor, Industrial and Cleanroom projects.
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor to join their dynamic team of engineers as they grow rapidly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engaged in project bidding and tendering, procurement control, technical proposals, system design, site coordination, project execution and management, drawing management, profit and budget control and lastly project completion/handover.
• Develop expertise in Design & Build projects, specializing in various building services such as HVAC, BMS, ACMV, Fire Protection, MEP, and Industrial Processes for Advanced Technology Facilities, Data Centers, Semiconductor, or Cleanroom projects.
• Ensure project site execution adheres to approved specifications, procedures, and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues on-site.
• Responsible for timely project completion and staying within the budget.
• Participate in multiple meetings with subcontractors and clients, such as Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and Work Progress Review Board (WPRB) meetings.
• Convert construction drawings into verbal instructions, prepare shop drawings, and update as-built drawings.
• Ensure strict compliance with Safety & Health regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in engineering or building and construction works
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous
