An established EMS company, seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their Engineering team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, maintain, and improve QA System for IPQC, Outgoing QA, and customers' audits pertaining to customer specifications and requirements
- Provide training to QA Technicians / Leaders / Inspectors based on Quality Inspection Documents prepared to ensure they are understood the specification and requirements with correct inspection method.
- Involve in First Article run products to ensure FA meeting customer specifications and requirements.
- Utilize quality improvement tools and develop strategy for continuous improvement to resolve quality complaints or issues
- Coordinate 8D Report / CAPA on quality issues feedback by customer with internal team and verify the effectiveness
- Coordinate purge for non-conformance materials or parts.
- Involve in determining disposition of non-conforming material on MRB.
- Coordinate sorting activity in house or customer site when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced /higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience with an MNC.
