Our client is a manufacturer and seller of plastics processing equipment and systems. In line with their business expansion, they are seeking a Service Engineer to handle for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of plastic molding facilities and industrial equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Product installation and commissioning support
Maintenance, inspection, and repair support (periodic inspections, response to malfunctions, etc.)
Response to technical inquiries and advice
Building relationships of trust through communication with customers
Feedback sharing through collaboration with internal technical departments
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service engineering or technical support role
Preferable experienced in servicing the plastics molding equipment or industrial machinery or chemical and plastics processing industries
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
