JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead, monitor, and operate food processing and packaging plants.
To troubleshoot technical issues at plant and production site.
To ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards at workplace.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Diploma / Professional Certificate / SKM in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production / Process role in Manufacturing industry, experience in Food industry would be added advantage.
Familiar with Food Safety compliance standards to be implemented in Production (i.e. FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).
