Job Responsibilities
1. Service Orchestration Design and Implementation:
Design and implement end-to-end service orchestration solutions for
telecommunications services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand service requirements and translate them into orchestration workflows.
2. Integration with Network Functions:
Integrate service orchestration processes with network functions and elements to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work closely with customer network engineers and architects to align orchestrate workflows with network infrastructure.
3. Automation and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation in service provisioning, activation and
decommissioning.
Continuously optimize orchestration processes to improve delivery speed and resource utilization.

4. Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and configuration. For e.g., Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Document, Acceptance Test Plan, etc.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards.
4. Technical knowledge such as Rest API, Database (MariaDB, MySQL) and dashboard development will be an added advantage.
5. Experience with cloud-based telecommunications solutions
6. Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems.
7. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for this role, as the position requires to liaise with vendor from China
