Our client is a prominent electronics and manufacturing company with more than 30 years of presence in Malaysia. They are now seeking a skilled Warehouse Assistant Manager/ Warehouse Manager to overseeing their daily operation of the warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving service levels, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing cost-effectiveness across all warehouse functions.
The role involves leading and motivating the warehouse team to improve productivity and maintain discipline. Accurate and timely documentation, stock counts, and variance reporting are crucial aspects of this position, with a focus on providing actionable feedback to management.

Job Responsibilities: -
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for daily smooth operations of the whole warehouse and logistic.
- Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
- Monitor cost and performance aspects of carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, operations and agencies.
- Optimize transportations to maintain effectiveness and lower the total costs of cargo handling and transportation.
- Responsible for safe, secure and full visibility of storage and movement of inventories and equipment.
- Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.
- To ensure all warehouse & logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.
Qualifications: -
- Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience in warehouse
- Preferable with Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Self-driven, team player, strong leadership, dedicated and high sense of integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
