A prominent logistics company in the Indo-China and ASEAN region is seeking a Business Process Improvement & IT Senior Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, digital transformation, and IT management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining business operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the effective use of technology to support the organization’s goals.
 
Main responsibilities of the Business Process Improvement & IT Senior Manager role:
  • Develop and implement strategies for business process improvement, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
  • Align IT initiatives with business goals to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in business process optimization and IT projects.
  • Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and data analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT and process improvement professionals.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process improvement and IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in process analysis, lean methodologies, and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and lead complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, automation tools, and data analytics platforms; proficiency in English and Mandarin.
