Project / Site Manager

• Lead the design process and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, particularly in C++, Python, and DevOps environments.
• Provide management and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring clear communication, task execution, and delivery of projects on time.
• Oversee and enhance DevOps pipelines, streamlining the development and deployment process.
• Implement project management processes to ensure a structured, repeatable approach across all teams.
• Work closely with leadership to establish effective processes and ensure they are adhered to throughout the organization.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels.
• Mentor and support team members in following established processes and best practices, ensuring that operational tasks are performed efficiently.
• Analyze current practices and implement improvements that enhance productivity, collaboration, and project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively suggest and implement solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and deployment, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Expertise in C++, Python, and DevOps (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Linux environments).
• Strong communication and management skills, able to drive clarity and ensure processes are consistently followed.
• Hands-on experience in leading teams to successfully execute technical and operational projects.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience working within Agile or similar frameworks.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
