Specializing in the production of steel sheets through sophisticated techniques such as blanking, trapezoid, rectangle, and round cutting, it primarily serves the automotive sector with exceptional precision and reliability. They are now seeking an Assistant Manager for the Operations Department to oversee daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance team and daily activities, providing guidance and support
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Ensure maintenance work follows procedures and respond promptly to requests and emergencies
Manage maintenance inventory and confirm specifications for new model
Ensure compliance with documentation, audits, and health, safety, and environmental regulations
Quality Control:
Manage quality control processes and supervise QC staff
Identify and implement improvements in QC processes and ensure compliance with documentation
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
Analyze and improve quality issues, and monitor quality management systems
Prepare and present quality reports to management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
Familiar with ISO standards
Preferably a candidate specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Resourceful, result-oriented, flexible, and adaptable leadership with the ability to motivate teams
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Possess own transport
