A rapidly growing company (Logistic industry) in Georgetown is looking for Customer Service role to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about products and services.
Main responsibilities of the Customer Service role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear and concise solutions.
Key Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
