Job responsibilities
- Production line equipment operation and maintenance
- Perform daily inspection and troubleshooting of production equipment (such as winding machines, dynamic balancing instruments), with mean time to repair (MTTR) ≤1.5 hours and equipment availability ≥95%1.
- Analyze the root causes of equipment downtime (such as servo motor overheating) and propose improvement plans (such as upgrading the cooling system), reducing the annual downtime by ≥15%1.
- Preventive maintenance implementation
- Carry out equipment lubrication, calibration and replacement of key components (such as pneumatic valves and sensors) as planned, with a preventive maintenance execution rate of ≥98%1.
- Establish equipment health records, predict potential failures through vibration analysis and infrared thermal imaging, and achieve an early intervention rate of ≥80%1.
- Technical collaboration and support
- Cooperate with the process department to optimize equipment parameters (such as winding tension setting) and support the success rate of new product trial production to be ≥90%12.
"Guide the team to handle common faults (such as conveyor belt deviation) and output "Quick Maintenance Guide" ≥ 5 copies/year1.
Qualifications
- Educational background: College degree or above, major in mechatronics, mechanical manufacturing, etc., low voltage electrician operation certificate1.
- Experience requirements: More than 3 years of experience in automated production line maintenance, familiar with servo systems, PLC programming (such as Siemens S7-1200)1.
- Skills: Proficient in using multimeter, oscilloscope and other tools, and have basic mechanical drawing (CAD) capabilities
