Our client is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electric motors. They produce motors ranging from ultra-small to ultra-large, as well as mechatronics, optics, and other electric products. They are currently looking for a candidate with experience as a Sales & Logistics Coordinator in the automotive industry to handle both sales and logistics operations within their company. Location to work in Klang.
Job Description:
- To assist superior in managing, supervising & implementing the sales activities
- To communicate with agents on forecast, order, claim & delivery.
- To ensure Purchase Orders and Invoices are update into the ERP System
- To liaise with related departments for delivery and related matters
- To monitor the daily & monthly sales progress
- To receive customer information
- To comply with Custom regulations - import, export, awareness & management
- To arrange shipment and liaise with forwarders on services & costs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or any related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
