JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement
- Establish a positive working environment, increase employee engagement, and promote a high level of employee morale, aligning with the company culture.
- Driving and support local initiatives and delivery of employment engagement activities and ensure the projects and programs are fully implemented to ensure engagement levels.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Responsible in managing the administration of recruitment activities such as shortlisting, scheduling and interview session for line manager and candidates. To facilitate assessment prior to the interview.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from the start to offer management.
- Providing and updating recruitment reports locally and globally
- Administer and ensure on-boarding form/relevant documents are properly filled up for new recruits as required
- Manage induction programme for new employees
HR Administration
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees in the Human Resources Information System and ensure personnel files are kept up-to-date
- Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in generalist HR management in Malaysia required
- Fluent in English (conversational and business) is essential
- Experience line management required
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be a People oriented person
