Key Responsibilities
Achieve or surpass sales targets while managing and expanding the existing customer base.
Identify and establish new customers, continuously exploring business opportunities for sustained growth.
Source and represent new products that complement the company’s current portfolio.
Develop, execute, and oversee marketing plans to support aggressive sales growth initiatives.
Promote and sell the company’s product range to both existing and prospective customers, including regional travel as needed.
Follow up diligently on sales inquiries and quotations, with a strong emphasis on design-in activities to push new and existing products.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the SMT/SEMICON industry.
Highly motivated, result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit and fine business acumen.
Willingness to travel regionally as assigned.
Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
