An established IT and software company is looking for Network Analyst to perform customer and technical support task.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone in Korean.
- Technical Support: Provide IT Network support over phone, Email, and chat.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate/ Diploma/Associate/ Degree/Masters in any field - preferably in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering. Electronics/Communication.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required.
- Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new technology and familiarity with tools/software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpretation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
