Our client is an established Japanese printing company located in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Tampoi, Johor
- Industry: Packaging printing (5 days/week)
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads
- Create and manage customers account.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.
- Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
