ABOUT THE JOB
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department with documentation and administrative tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Compile and prepare reports and necessary documents as requested by Management.
- Offer support to the Sales Team, ensuring all documents are current and accurate.
- Serve as the main contact for business partners regarding sales support tasks.
- Follow up on inquiries and pending documents. Perform any necessary ad hoc task request by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
Detailed oriented
Good organization and time management skills
